Is there a store that you have and Can I visit and view products?

No, unfortunately we do not have at this time. We only sell our products online, and you can only view them on our website.

How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your size and click ‘Add to Cart’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping cart; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can hover over or click on the cart t any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select Proceed to Checkout from the shopping cart and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our one-step checkout process. If you have any problems, please contact us.

How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email about your order has been received.

How do I view my current and previous orders?

You can view your orders by clicking on My account which is located on the top of the page and at the left side of Cart with logging in using your email and password. You can see all details about your current and previous orders.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order then send us an email to simerugs@gmail.com and let us know what product you would like instead of the one ordered.

Please note that we can only change or cancel orders that have not been sent out and not delivered to the delivery company.

How long does my order take to process before shipping?

It takes 1-2 business day to process your order and you will receive an email confirmation.

Can I get same day delivery?

Unfortunately No. The normal delivery time is 4-12 days, depends on where you live.

How do I track my order and shipment?

After you have placed your order and it has been packed you will receive a confirmation email from Simerugs. This email contains shipping information and tracking information.

What if my order is delayed in customs?

Unfortunately this is out of our control but we care about you and we will keep you up to date with the delivery process.
